PrisijungtiThe ANCEL ANJ400 is a professional device for cleaning and testing fuel injectors that combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with microprocessor-controlled fuel pressure regulation. It enables the diagnosis, testing, and maintenance of gasoline injectors in a single location, streamlining daily workshop operations. The unit supports, among other functions, ultrasonic cleaning, leak testing, injection flow testing, atomization testing, and simulation of various engine operating conditions. With an operating pressure of up to 8 bar, adjustable operating parameters, and a digital display, it allows for a thorough analysis of the injectors’ condition and faster detection of fuel system issues.
The device uses ultrasonic waves to effectively remove carbon deposits and contaminants from the surfaces of the injectors. The technology used allows for thorough cleaning of even hard-to-reach areas and recesses, which improves injector performance and helps restore them to proper operation. The integrated ultrasonic cleaner enhances ease of use and streamlines the entire cleaning process.
The ANCEL ANJ400 enables several types of diagnostic tests to accurately assess the condition of the injectors. The spray pattern/uniformity test allows you to compare the performance of individual injectors and observe the quality of fuel atomization using backlighting. The injection flow test allows you to check the amount of fuel delivered by the injector over a 15-second operating period, which helps detect wear or blockages. A leak test is also available, allowing you to check for leaks and assess the condition of the needle valve under system pressure.
The device offers the ability to test injectors under various engine operating conditions. Simulation modes include, among others, acceleration, deceleration, and acceleration-deceleration tests, enabling a more comprehensive analysis. The simulated RPM range is from 100 to 9,900 rpm, making it possible to verify the operation of the fuel system under various engine load conditions.
Thanks to its dedicated ANJ400 motherboard, the system enables comprehensive and long-term testing of low-resistance fuel injectors, such as those with a resistance of 1Ω. The device also supports backflushing, which helps remove contaminants trapped inside the injector and on the filter.
The device utilizes microcomputer-based automatic control technology and a digital display that allows for real-time monitoring of operating parameters. The user can also adjust fuel pressure, pulse width, and engine simulation parameters. The manufacturer has also implemented an automatic fuel system pressure relief feature in the event of a sudden power shutdown, which enhances operational safety and helps protect components from damage.
The ANCEL ANJ400 is equipped with an extensive set of adapters and connectors, enabling it to work with various types of injectors, including GDI, EFI, MPI, and SFI. The kit includes, among other items, GDI adapters, pulse cables, fuel lines, standard connectors, and mounting hardware needed for testing and cleaning fuel systems. This allows the device to be used with a wide range of vehicle models.
