Jil Sander No.4 is a women's oriental-spice perfume that was launched in 1990. A fragrance extremely rich in ingredients which, despite their diversity, created a soft and enveloping composition. Chords of sweet plum and peach combine with a bouquet of flowers, among which oriental ylang-ylang, intoxicating tuberose and carnation play first fiddle. There are also notes of tart, herbal galbanum and a hint of aniseed, which provide the perfect balance to the sweetness coming from the flowers. Woven into the fragrance, myrrh and nutmeg emphasise the oriental roots of the blend, while civet and musk add a distinctive claw. This highly complex offering is perfect as a fragrance for chilly autumn and winter evenings.
